Sinopsis de Hostile Shores: An Alan Lewrie Naval Adventure
Hostile Shores is very much a sea based instalment in the series and therefore, in my opinion, relatively superior to its predecessor, Reefs and Shoals. Although I enjoy this series hugely and I find it much the best amongst the ongoing historical naval fiction sagas at the moment, I feel that Mr. Lambdin's greatest strengths lie when Lewrie is at sea. I also find that his books show by far the best research of those currently being written.
